We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join Virtucruit under our Flexi Service model, managing recruitment delivery across healthcare projects for our clients.
What is the Flexi Model?
Under the Virtucruit Flexi model, you will be remotely embedded within the clients team for the duration of the project. Youll work closely with their HR department and hiring managers as an extension of their internal talent function, maintaining their employer brand, managing candidate experience, and ensuring effective delivery.
While youll operate day-to-day alongside the clients team, youll remain under Virtucruits management framework, reporting to both Virtucruit and the client HR department to ensure alignment, accountability, and performance throughout the contract period.
Role Overview
As a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant, you will oversee the full recruitment cycle, from understanding workforce needs to candidate placement. Youll be the key liaison between the client and the market, driving hiring outcomes, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring consistent delivery that strengthens both Virtucruits and the clients reputation for recruitment excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles within assigned client projects.
- Partner with client HR teams and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Represent and uphold the clients employer brand throughout the recruitment process.
- Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through targeted outreach and networking.
- Manage interview coordination, feedback, and offer negotiation processes.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of healthcare professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide structured reporting and progress updates to both Virtucruit and client HR.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a high standard of delivery.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment ethics, confidentiality, and data protection requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment projects independently and deliver to deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working directly with client HR teams and hiring managers.
- Professional, proactive, and able to work remotely within dual reporting structures.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and professional networking channels.
